It's been a rather wet winter for us...I know those of you who live in Portland are rolling your eyes. However, it seems like we have had cloud cover for a month which here we are not used to. Aside from watching the entire Harry Potter collection several times, we have engaged in various indoor activities. But the sun came back out yesterday and we have never been so happy to see it.
We went to the park with some of our friends from school who are from the Netherlands. The boys like to play there as Austin put it "they have better toys in the Netherlands." I have to agree, just look at the bike/roadster thing they have, not to mention the bouncy house, indoor golf course, etc.
The girls are good, they run now which proves to be an issue when doing just about anything. Jackson is loving his school and taking the bus, prays every night "Dear God please let me take the bus tomorrow....amen." Ohh if only that's all I wanted. Austin is happy and had a nice 8th Birthday, we have yet to have his big Party, I'm half hoping he'll forget, but don't think I'm that lucky.
