Do Police have sharp teeth?

Sometimes you just get lucky taken with my iPhone

I was running and saw this in a window...how french.

Jackson sharing in the hope it will be reciprocated.  He was disappointed.

It's like our version of where's waldo?

So while playing baseball this is how Hannah stands when she is "Ready!" Note she refused to put her cupcake down.

Sierra, slightly more athletic.

Me and the Boy

Well sanity has returned, if it was ever here to begin with. We have had 2 completely boring days. Yesterday was the worst offender, we barely left the house. I went for a run. I was running my normal route which goes along the river. I stopped for a moment to change the song on my player and 2 runners ran past as I stood there. They said something but with headphones I couldn't hear. I got on my way again but they were running slower than me so I started to pass them again. They said something again. I gave my only good French one liner(je no parle pas france)meaning I don't speak French. And thus started a 4 mile run in the rain with my new French and Italian running friends. I really cannot converse in French. I actually understand it pretty well but I draw a blank when I try to speak too much. It was fun to meet other people and felt like a very French experience.

Pantheon
Ya, so this beauty would totally keep you out, it also could kill you if you were to trip at an inopportune moment.
Luxembourg Gardens

Today the kids and I went to the Cotton Candy park. On the way we stopped at a bakery and I was talked into some treats for the kids. We played baseball, then home run derby, and even a little pingie pong. It was nice out, not too hot. It's amazing to me how the French will smoke around children. Never mind my own they will hold an infant in one arm and a cigarette in the other. Sad really, crazy that there is no stigma here associated with it. In Palo Alto I'm pretty sure the police would show up. We came home did more school and girls took a nap. I went for a 10 mile run. I started my normal route then decided to run down only streets I'd never been down. I got completely lost more than once but saw lots of new places.  I came home and found Sierra rather upset.  She asked me if "police has sharp teeth?"  Apparently the kids were being really loud so Todd told them if they did not quiet down he would call the police and told Sierra that people in jail have sharp teeth.  This did not sit well with her.  Hannah however, called Todd's bluff.  She said, "Ok call them."  Which one do you think I worry more about?
